Hello. I would like to tell you about the horrible experience I had with The Village Florist out of Caledonia New York. I was highly recommended to the the florist. The initial call was great. I told the lady on the phone I wanted the Fancy That Bouquet off of the website. The lady on the phone asked how much it was, and I told her it was $32.95. she asked for my phone number, my credit card information, and asked me the address it went to. We said our goodbye's and carried on with the week. Then last night I notice my account was overdrawn. What is this $46 charge? The village florist. I only had an extra $10 in my account and this was $13 more then I expected. So I called and asked For Heidi the owner. I told her my name and asked her why I was charged $46 for a $33 order. She told me that it was the $10 delivery fee and tax. $10 delivery fee? No one ever mentioned that. She said it was on the website, and I was on it, and then she said OK? and hung up on me. I have been on the website and still don't see anything about a $10 delivery fee. Also I did the math and they taxed the delivery fee!! I would be careful dealing with Heidi and their staff. I will not be doing business with her anymore.
